Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GoodLemonade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GoodLemonade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
